| The Geumgangsan Spa opened in November 1999. Its colorless,
odorless 42°C spa water contains trace amount of radium and is effective for
curing skin troubles, neuralgia, rheumatism, muscle pain, and has overall
skincare and anti-aging properties. The spa facilities are wonderful, with more
bath styles than one can imagine. They have special baths including Jadeite
Bath, Hot Germanium Water Bath, Germanium Sauna Bath, and hot outdoor baths
including Jade Walkway Bath, Jade Mat Bath, Waterfall Bath, and an annexed
yellow-clay sauna as well as family bathing rooms. In the outdoor bath, bathers
refresh body and soul while taking in the majestic Geumgangsan scenery.

Pyeongyang Moranbong Circus and Pyeongyang Circus together represents the
best in the North Korean. Along with Russian and Chinese circuses, the
Pyeongyang Moranbong Circus has won top-rated recognition throughout the world.
It has received the grand prize and gold medal several times at the Monaco
International Circus Festival, China International Circus Festival, and others,
and frequently puts on traveling overseas road shows.
In the Geumgangsan
Culture Hall, 120 star acrobats of the Pyeongyang Moranbong Circus, selected
through rigorous auditions, display their dexterous feats attained through years
of pain and practice. The renditions of “snow-flower formation,” double
somersaults, seesaw, and pole and club acrobatics, all continually refined to
introduce new skills or content, show the utmost mastery the human body can
achieve through right training and challenging the limits.

| Bicycles and four wheelers can be rented at the plaza of Onjeonggak Resort
Area. This is fun way to spend your free time. You can ride from Onjeonggak
Resort Area to the Hot Springs, or within the Resort Area. |
